The Haakensons at Jubilee Farms

Jubilee Farms is a local Snoqualmie Valley, family-owned farm since 1989. They provide the greater Seattle area with a diverse selection of nutritious vegetables, fruits, meat, & flour, all of which are cultivated using organic farming practices.

As a way to provide their product to customers, Jubilee farms created a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, direct to consumer subscription service, that allows individuals to commit to purchasing local produce from their farm. They offer pickup and depot delivery services each week. They also have farm visits to pick their own produce to take home. In the wake of Covid-19, the farm is taking precaution and necessary health guidelines that include masks, gloves, and expedited pick-up processes. Their subscription service with a local focus can be applicable to other businesses and restaurants.
